Kill the 27 champion cold one named 'Coldlash' in Saphery, located at 51k, 10k. He is centered in a pack of loose cold ones just off the road.

Talk to Maedlaine Bloodwine in Kyaran's Advance (Dark Elf Ch14) in Saphery. She is located between the mailbox and Trelan Blightblade.
